Vietnamese history, dating from prehistoric times to the modern era, is
being depicted at an exhibition set to open on September 1 at
the Viet Nam National Museum of History.
Six corpses, dating to 6,000 years ago, have been unearthed in a cave in
Ngan Son District of northern Bac Kan Province, according to scientists
from the Viet Nam Archaeology Institute.
An ancient stele monument, recently excavated in Thanh Hoai Village in
the northern province of Bac Ninh''s Thuan Thanh District, is believed
the oldest ever found in the country.
At least 600 young single people aged 18 years old and up will gather at
the "Paktor Speed Date Night" to break the world''s current Guinness
World Records for the largest speed dating event.
